Small Update:

This supposed to be a Year of the Dog auction, but thanks to that pneumonia-like cold I got stuck on it for a while. I swear it took me, like, 10 hours in total to do lines, colors and shading for this one, but at least I really like the result.

It's loosely based on komainu/shisa. Even though they shouldn't be called 'dogs', because most of them are actually lions (so refering to all Chinese/Korean/Japanese guardian statues as 'foo dogs' is kiiinda wrong), Japan has many variations of guardian statues, such as Inari foxes, lion and dog pair or even boars, and I decided it's fine to use them as reference. They're the closest thing to 'earth dog' I could think of anyway.

Probably last or second to last myth in this 100 designs. They'll be kinda OP in the game, so I don't want them to be super common xD Speaking of the arpg, I'll be able to fully focus on it after Easter, but we will have a new monthly game this month!

What are unidraks?

Unidraks are a fur dragon species which widely inhabits a set of islands called Sakhengell Archipelago. They're incredibly inteligent creatures capable of creating developed societies in so called "natural palaces" - small domains focused around natural objects turned into residential space (e.g. mountain/rock structure with magically carved rooms, giant tree with platforms etc.). Together with three more species, they form a social class called "primes" or "prime races" (species that can do all activities on their own, i.e. without help of other species).

Their unique ability called "swift" allows them to run, fly or swim long distances with over 100 km/h speed, as well as helps them to survive harsh conditions of enviroment, such as air/water pressure, extreme cold, heat of a volcanic area etc. It is said that a pefrect combination of those three affinities, also known as "triffinity" can create an unique type of magic.

Unidraks, alongside "vibe beasts" (general name for three species - makrami, marami and amini) are the only creatures capable of speaking in a vibe language - method of communication which uses specific kind of vibration waves produced by vibe generator on dragon's back, the meaning of which is then "read" by long vibe sensors placed on both sides of dragons head. As a civilized species, unidraks have a specific vibe etiquette which applies in palace areas in order to prevent chaos and miscommunication among society. The vibe etiquette is necessary due to nature of vibe language, which works on longer distances and can be readable to any dragon and vibe beast nearby if used recklessly. Its emotional tone can also be used to mild control others, so vibe language is strictly forbidden during important meetings.

MYTHS
Myths have insane amount of spiritual energy. Unlike normal unidraks, they can use any type of elemental magic, including shadow magic. They love playing with it, so you can often see them surrounded by small sparks of their favourite element. Myth are "swiftshifters", which means that can use any type of swift (glass, aura, crystal, shadow) of any affinity (earth, sea, sky), Their legs are relatively short, and that's because they rarely even touch the ground! Similarly to serpent and kelpie implings, they roam around using levitation. They have only one pair of short vibe sensors, due to them being very sensitive. Myths tend to hide them under their long cheek&ear fluff.

-connected ear and cheek fluff
-large shoulder scales
-branched horn (usually only small nubs)
-single pair of short vibe sensors
-multi-colored eyes
-elongated body (they can be even twice as long as venoms)
