Drew this on my sketchbook when I tried selling my books at a bazaar few months back.Drawn on sketch paper and 2b mechanical pencil.
Color edited in Photoshop CS4 Extended.

There were some smudges on the artwork so I removed that.

Uhhnnngg I Love the flow and detail of all your work, it's amazing! I Love this so much! The way the heavier and thicker lines stand out from the lighter and thinner works so well with the flow and movement of the picture, whether it was an accident or on purpose (i'm thinking the latter because it's you ;D) you did a great job!

I actually did some photoshop editing to make the image more contrast. That could be a reason why it looks like pen.
I have done some actual pen drawings and usually I would like to keep them with the original color.
