I think your colour choice this time around worked brilliantly.
the lashes are a bit extravagant and sort of draw the attention more than it should.
But still I love these type of colours ^^ and i quite like the looks of it

This is absolutely beautiful--ethereal, dark, and fantastical. wasn't expecting this from your lines! I'd give you an official critique if I had a sub!
If I were to pick out some things to improve, the first thing would be not to use lines on the facial features, except maybe the lashes. It would be better to define their shape with values than lines. Additionally, the ribbons around their arms look too thick--if I hadn't seen previous versions, I would've thought they were vines. You might try darkening the edges to show the thinness--the highlighting on the ribbons may be what's making them look chunky.
I think the fish and the watery division are drawn perfectly. They compliment the atmosphere very well. My only complaint about the color, overall, would just be the hair--I personally think the orange-red color lacks the same sublime, fairy-tale quality as the purple, which is gorgeous. I think if you're going to focus the image on two such contrasting colors, you should really desaturate the orange to make it fit in better. Conversely, pump up the saturation to make it stand out.
However, this is just me nitpicking. I really love this. I wish I could draw something this pretty! Hopefully my critique actually helped and I wasn't just being a jerk...
