Description
After barely wining the the Russo-Japanese war, syndicalists rose up in Tokyo starting a three year long civil war. Early on Korea, Taiwan, and Okinawa broke free from the empire. Taiwan and Okinawa formed an alliance eventual forming a unified republic.
