My second base. This one turned out much better than the last. ^-^ Based on a pic of Sailor Pluto found at Lelola ([link] ). Used the "Vampire" skintone palette by Angy-chan ([link] ).[link]
If you want to use the base, link to that site above as credit. The terms are also on that site (go to "dolls" and click on "bases" then the terms will show up) so you know what not to do with it.
