Description
This piece was inspired by the history between the Celts and the Egyptians, as it has been written that they supposedly lent a helping hand to one another when it came to war etc...Since my sister ( ) loves Celts and I have a passion for Egyptians, I decided to make a piece celebrating the union between these two worlds.
Created in watercolour paints, inks and pencil crayons.

I can TOTALLY agree with your sister, Alba Gu Brath! The Celts are the most powerful and wonderful people who outlasted other world powers throughout the millennium. I, in fact have descended from ancient Scottish and Irish clans that have even existed in the Middle Ages. You should definitely do more furry art with Celtic influences (e.g. naked warriors with blue body paint, wearing jewelry like torcs and their long swords)
Alongside this, itβll be totally awesome if you did a What If? Scenario of a clash of cultures kinda like Spikeβs short-lived Deadliest Warrior, what do you think?

I absolutely love this piece! It represents a wonderful union between two very different cultures, it also stands for breaking of barriers in beliefs and religion.
I think youve really outdone yourself with a piece like this, so much feeling and background to it. I adore all the patience to detail youve added too

Some very vallied points sis, I'm glad that you've pointed the "breaking of barriers in beliefs and religion." as that's why the whole idea fascinates me so... without your cast knowledge of the Celtic religion, this piece would not have even been created, so kudos to you dudette!

Don't know much about the Celts, but I am somewhat familar with Egyptian stuff. I just love the style and all the different gods!
