Wait, I'm confused. What gender is Ninetails in this game? They refer to it as "Lord" or whatever, so I assumed it was a guy...

It's not clear, I also assumed it was male the first time I played because they call it "Lord" but the thing that it transforms into Rao and the woman souls on it's tails...I don't know.
Maybe it's genderless, I think I bet more for this one. Ninetails is more like a single entity than a real creature from which we could find more of them.

It's likely female, as another stated that Issun actually called her a "she", although I thought he was referring to Rao. The funny thing is that, if he was, it wouldn't make sense because Ninetales admitted that it was controlling her the entire time.

There is no way of knowing Ninetails gender on the game (if it has one to begin with) But based on the fact that it adopts the form of Rao and it's tails seem to have woman's souls...I think it's easier to assume it's a female...but it's just an assumption.

I know there's no technical way to tell but I allways assumed he was a boy since they call it the Dark Lord and because his voice actor (the one who mumbles incoherently when its talking) is a guy but hey it could be either XD
