This dress is realted to 'Wedding Dress 4'. It's from the series 'The Hunger Games' by Suzanne Collins. The dress is supposed to be made of feathers, but I only drew a few.[spoiler alert, if you are planning on reading the books you should stop reading]
Katniss (the main character) wore her wedding dress to the interview right before the Hunger Games began. Her stylist told her that when the time was right, she had to start twirling. When she did, her dress started burning up and this dress came instead, with wings. She had to represent a Mockingjay (crossing between an Mockingbird and a Jay), which is the symbol of the rebels against the president of her country.
