Sakura and her mom, Shizuru, are at a Christmas gathering at Kazuma's house. There aren't any presents. This is just a gathering. He had a huge spread of food and drinks, some alcoholic and some not. Sakura is a nursing mom and has chosen to drink caffeine-free soda. She doesn't want any drug-related things mixed in with her breastmilk and she's not 21 yet. She's has chosen to be a designated driver. Her mom is more loose about alcohol. It's not like she drinks it on a regular basis. And it really shows when she couldn't get enough eggnog. After five shots, she's now remembering one of the ingredients, rum. Her stomach is making her regret drinking the stuff.

Now Shizuru is feeling nauseous and unfortunately, someone is hogging the bathroom. She's walking in the direction of outside, so she can relieve her stomach. If anyone needs her, she'll be outside, behind a bush, dying, at least that's her way of telling people she needs to puke.
