I think immortality -or even the extended lifespans trees enjoy- would appeal less if you had to be anchored to the same spot.Maybe she'd cheer up if someone planted a cute guy next to her. lawl

The colouring in this is beautiful, how the green slowly fades away, almsot like the life and hope she has is fading away. And I really like the detail you put into the tree and her "dress". It's an interesting concept, well done

I still got a cute treeguy around, but he can move, so that would only sadden her more I'm afraid >_>. Anyways, it's looking even better when coloured, I really like the red/green combination.
