Kei enjoys herself some classic Doctor Who (she likes the new series, but the classic series is where it's at) and one of her favourite Doctors is the Fourth so she's got herself a nice replica of one of his costumes! Complete with Sonic Screwdriver, bag of jelly babies, K-9 and a TARDIS too!was looking to doodle up some Kei and I was more then up for commissioning him to doodle up some adorable raccoon girl!
