It’s been around a year since the whole plushification scare with Heckedy Peg happened, and while I am mostly over that brats for brains, what she did can still give me the chills every now and then. I mean… she sought to take something that was supposed to be fun and cuddly and make it scary and life-threatening. All I can say is thank goodness that Sparky and Cinder have such strong hearts. And to add to that, I’m equally glad that Sparky added to the relief with some witty humour by asking that mean witch a question that still makes me chuckle to this day: “Hey! Peckedy Heg, you ever wonder why I have such a large tumtum?”
He then answered with a resounding “BWUMP!” to the face that reduced her to a skeleton, courtesy of the lava that she was flung into. The rest of the battle was a cakewalk from there, but even so… We were so happy to have our fwends back. So, today might not be National Plushie Day, but we’re going to celebrate it all the same. ‘Twas an idea from King Olly himself after feeling grateful for the appreciation origami has gotten. Plushies ARE a form of art after all…
