I like the overall style. The piece has some nice textures, especially around the text. The colors and angular shapes evoke a sense of American pride.
There are a few niggling details that catch my eye as odd. The black around the tank is too heavy, putting the weight on the bottom right corner. This gives the poster an overall unbalanced look. Also, there is a lot of clutter, like the period at the end of "Rain", and the grenade spacing out the word "the".
It is very impressive and with a little more work, it could be amazing.

thank you for the criticism, I agree with you to an extent that there was quite a bit of clutter. I've made some adjustments- decreased the stroke, removed the grenade and got rid of the period.
