Welp, Bugaverse is real folks. There are now multiple dimensions that contain all the Miraculouses, and in at least one of them, Ladybug and Cat Noir are evil, but not by choice as you'll soon see:

Miraculous Paris:

Special starts with getting the obvious out of the way by showing us that if the heroes are evil, then the villains must be good by having Monarch, in this world known as Betterfly, sing his version of the intro, and how he's leading a resistance with the help of Alya, Nino, and either Max in Markov's body or Max broadcasting through Markov. If it's the former, I'm just going to assume that Bebop and Rocksteady beat Max to death but before he died he was able to transmit his consciousness to Markov because Ninja Turtles make everything better. They somehow stumbled upon broadcasts from the main 616 timeline, and try to go there to get help against The Supreme, the evil ruler of their world who hands out the Miraculous to people under his control, such as Ladybug and Cat Noir, or should I say, Shadybug and Claw Noir.

Only Claw Noir works for me, Shadybug feels forced.

Shadybug and Claw Noir find where the resistance is hiding, but before they're captured, Betterfly turns Alya into Ubiquity, with the power to open portals to other universes by taking over the body of her counterpart in that world, but in a good way.

Meanwhile, in the 616, we arrive right after Cat Noir Cataclysmed Monarch, making this the most eventful day/night in the series with parts of 6 different episodes/specials taking place there. Everyone is still scared and trying to find the courage to move along, when Alya turns into Ubiquity and out comes Betterfly, seeking Ladybug and Cat Noir's help. Marinette is scared at first, but then in comes Shady and Claw so they have to run. Fighting ensues where Marinette comes to believe in Betterfly's goodness, and learns about their version of the Multiverse from Tikki.

Tikki: All Kwami's live simultaneously throughout billions of universes, so explaining it all would take too long, so I don't. It's best just to live in the here and now. Oh, and if you use your powers for evil, it takes away the time limit and recharge, but it pretty much means you're going to die. So they're going to die.

Cat Noir soon joins in, and gets Kamikotized into Celesticat and flys them out of there. Shady and Claw soon fight and argue with each other because friendship and unity doesn't exist in their world. This draws the attention of Monarch, who tries to Akumatize them, but they think he's Betterfly and destroy it and calm down. They then head back to Marinette's room where Alya's hiding and search for clues, well, Shadybug does, Claw Noir does nothing. She eventually finds Marinette's secret diary, and realizes that the both of them are Marinette. She then gets sad and jealous over good Marinette's life, but then finds out about the wish making powers of the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses, so she steals Claw Noirs and finds out that he's the Adrien Agreste of her world...who she hates. But it turns out that evil Adrien has a crush on evil Marinette after seeing her in her family's bakery from afar, and why wouldn't he, evil Marinette looks cool.

Let's all admit that Shadybug and Claw Noir look cool, and that the goth look works for Marinette.

Also, instead of a love square, it's just a one sided crush.

However, The Supreme prevents others from making wishes, which makes them sad, so all they can do is their job. But then in comes Monarch to team up with them.

Meanwhile, the good guys are also hiding, and Betterfly is overcome with joy over how his hope for a better world is possible. They also have some emotional heart to heart stuff and we find out that Betterfly Gabriel did similar stuff to get the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculouses, but his wife still died, and he's on from The Supreme who rules all.

Okay, my guess is that The Supreme is Master Fu, but in a world where Marianne died and he was so overcome with grief that he turned evil to give the world order, but in his own evil corrupt way.

The good guys then go out to find the bad guys, only to find out that the bad guys are giants now. Betterfly tries to undo it since Butterfly Miraculouses can undo the effects of other Butterfly Miraculouses, but that does nothing since it's an illusion. Alya then comes in and tells them Monarch's plan to separate the two, and then paralyze them and steal their Miraculouses. Luckily, Ladybug has a crazy complex plan to defeat him.

1. They go far away enough to Kamikiotize Alya into Ubiquity.
2. Betterfly gives Ladybug the Butterfly so that she can turn him into a superhero with the power to protect them.
3. Hide Betterfly's Kamikotized object in his own world so Monarch can't undo it.

The plan works and results in Ladybug and Cat Noir having separate one on one fights with Shadybug and Claw Noire respectively. Both fights eventually result in Lady and Cat winning as Shady and Claw both break down over how they're all the same person, only with better lives/handled tragedy differently.

Claw Noir: How come you haven't used the wish to bring out mother back?
Cat Noir: Not gonna lie, I've thought about it, but I couldn't take someone else's mother away. Now go be friends with your world's Nino and the other guys. Go watch Space Mutants vs. Sharks.
Claw Noir: That sounds like the worst movie ever...and I want to watch it so much.

Ladybug also tells Shadybug that no matter how bad Chloe (Chloe is still an evil bitch in Shadybug's world) and life got, she found the joy in life. This convinces Shadybug to turn good and use the Miraculous Ladybug to not only repair the damage they did, but also to their own bodies, meaning now they get to live and are also good now. Hooray! With that, Shadybug and Claw Noir become Ladybug and Paw Noir and are off to join the resistance. This is going to make things very awkward once they realize that Betterfly is Gabriel Agreste and Paw Noir is Adrien Agreste. Also, there's a chance Alternate Ladybug and Paw Noir could become a couple now.

But before they can go back, Alya as Ubiquity senses a disturbance in the force. Turns out that at the exact same time, Monarch, who fled the battle after realizing his plan failed, was using the power of the Rooster Miraculous to give himself the ability to travel to other universes so that he can steal another set of Miraculouses from those worlds. To stop him, Ladybug becomes Ubiquity, and travels to those worlds to stop Monarch until he just gives up. Among those worlds are:

World where Scarabella and Kitty Noir are the holders.
World that's a low budget anime.
World that's a comic book.
World where Mister Bug and Lady Noire are the holders.

And several other worlds that were cut for time/I just made up but are probably real because Multiverse:

World where Rose is Ladybug and Juleka is Cat Noir.
World where Juleka is Ladybug and Rose is Cat Noir .

Not sure which one I like better.

World where Alya is Scarabella and Nino is Cat Noir.
World where Mylene is Ladybug and Ivan is Cat Noir.
World where Marc is Ladybug and Nathaniel is Cat Noir.
World where Chloe is Ladybug and Sabrina is Cat Noir and they're good, but still jerks.
World where Chloe is Ladybug and Sabrina is Cat Noir that's truly a mirror world where Chloe's a baker's daughter who wants to be a fashion designer and Marinette is a rich bitch who makes her life miserable. Also, Chloe has a crush on Sabrina, but doesn't act on it because she doesn't want to ruin her friendship, and Sabrina feels the same way. Also also, Zoe still exists, but Audrey didn't have an affair and did it out of being a surrogate for a friend.
World that's like the last one, but Adrien is still Cat Noir and Chloe still has a crush on him.
World where Kagami is Ladybug and Felix is Car Noir.
World that's exactly the same, except polygamy, homo/bisexuality, and incest are okay so instead of the waifu wars, Marinette, Chloe, Lila, and Kagami are all in one big harem with Adrien, and also Zoe, Felix, and Luka are involved.

Basically if all the "Free Love" from the hippie movement was able to catch on and spread, thus reducing a lot of evil in the series. I also recently got into "The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Really Really Really Really Love You" and that has a similar vibe.

So with Monarch done and all the alternate universe people back in their own world, we're now ready to resume Season 5 as it regularly happened. But something tells me we haven't heard the last from the world under The Supreme's control.
