do not worry about it tho even japan mmd users have been editing tda models
tda did up date the english rules back in may of 2013
but since no one down loads his tda apendex miku no one got the up dated rules
do not worry about it tho there is just drama over tda edits
just do take care when down laoding any thing from that person
