Ryusei is a wild shiny Eevee who roams the world freely. She was hatched in the forest, with no one near her. Next to her egg was a dark blue scarf with her name sewn onto it, which she still wears to this day. Her scarf holds some kind of mysterious power... What is it?

Next to where she hatched was also a small grey device she attaches to her ear. It enables her to freely transform into any of the Eeveelutions at will, although she prefers to stay in her Eevee form as it makes her feel most comfortable.

She doesn't know who her real parents are, and is traveling around the world to find them. She likes making new friends in the places she visits, and often forms temporary rescue teams with them for fun. Because of this, she is a very skilled fighter.

She likes racing and running, and tries to be as fast as she can without being in Jolteon form. During rescues, she is brave, but sometimes makes rash decisions because of her nature.
