FULLVIEW PLZKTHX.EDIT: I brightened the image up (especially the apparition behind him. LOL; ), sharpened it, and dimmed/cleaned up the stars and added stuff that looks like clouds by them. :]
I've spent the whole day on this, starting from 11:30AM to 5:11PM. LOL; I'm quite proud of it. When I first started out, I was like "blegh, I give up", but then I worked on it more and I found I liked the whole background being black with highlights of the person only shown vividly. I'm a sucker for dramatic lighting. P:
Concept: The person in the picture is a prisoner of oblivion and is only able to view the real world through the unbreakable window to his left and through apparitions that can be seen above him. There is no escaping oblivion.
And if you're wondering if the pictures of fish above the person and through the window are photographs, you're correct. BUT, those are pictures I"VE TAKEN (at the Atlanta Aquarium) so I DID NOT violate any copyright rights. :]

Well, immortal ones. Though I interpret oblivion as in trapped FOREVER ALOOONE. And since they're IMMORTAL asdifjwaeiofnsdklfj I HATE YOU WRRYYYYY. ;_; Though there was only two of them. I usually don't care for immortal charas. And one of them was immortal because in the realm where he was trapped, you can't die. It's like, forced immortality. ;_;

Toggling the brightness/contrast at the end could make the details more easily visible, though. : ) It's a little difficult to see.

Maybe the screen lighting on your computer is different? Are you having trouble seeing the whole picture? Or just a segment?
(Lol, but I agree it being kinda hard to see, especially on my ipod. @_@;; )

The picture as a whole is dark to me, especially the area around the figure. (And I have a bright monitor. XD) I think added contrast (Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast) or playing with Curves will make it easier to see, and bring to light more of the details you've painted. : )

Ah, okay. I'll see what I can do to make it lighter. But there is really no bright light source in the picture (except for the little white ball near his face), so that's why it's so dark. xD
