I am planning on this being the second cover to Black Circle. I didn't plot out the perspective in my thumbnail, so I got made fun of for having sheets of paper sticking out of the sides.edit!!!!
Changed the background from red to black. I think the black works way better and pops the buildings out more. Yay!

Beautiful cityscape. Your inking skills never cease to amaze me... You have such bold lines and stark contrast, but somehow manage to put in so much detail at the same time. I also love how you incorporated in Astaroth's seal in the corner. It really adds to the overall mood/theme of the cover.

by that i meant, how many pages do you usually complete per day or week?

I can get out a page a day, and if I draw them half size then I can crank out two, but that cover took me two days to finish. I guess it depends on what I'm working on.
The only thing I have out in print right now is my Popgun 2 entry, but I'm doing a regular backup in a comic called Forgetless which should be out by the end of this year. There's another couple of projects I'm working on, and I'll have more info about those the closer I am to finishing them.
Black Circle I'm doing issues well in advance and then I'm going to pitch it as a miniseries. Hopefully that'll be ready soonish

This seriously has such a great mood.
I love all the buildings in the background, they look so sleek.
And then the bits of red detailing on the character look give it this awesome edge!

The cityscape is wicked, have to agree-- love the variation in buildings, though they still read as a uniform city. The subtle orange adds a lot.. and the smoke is just marvelous.

man mars... i like it u have like a newer and cooler version of clamp feel to ur art. keep it up. digging the out fit and architecture.
