Well, Balloon Boy IS a little boy, has a creepy laugh and an annoying voice, also he irritates everyone with the whole lights thingy so...
little boy + creepy laugh and annoying voice + sly tricks = extreme unlikeability (is that even a word?)
Personally I am not even sure why I dislike him. Maybe I find less charming than the other animatronics.

Little boys are very adorable in my opinion! Especially him! I'll do ANYTHING to protect him!!! Besides, like what I said! He is their STRATEGIST!!! He gives them all of the ideas on how to get to Jeremy's office! And if he's in my office, WHO GIVES A FUCK!!! If people hate him, then do I have to hate FOXY!?! I mean, I like Foxy because of his shy personality! People just like him for his damn looks anyways! And they also just like him because he is a PIRATE!!! Now, that is all I have to say for now...
