This was taken at Nekocon or AMA (Anime Mid-Atlantic) I believe back in 2008! It's been awhile seen I looked at these pictures! lol XD
Nekocon is a anime convention in Newport News, Virginia. That happens every 1st weekend of November of the year at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. ^_^
AMA (Anime Mid-Atlantic) is another convention in Virginia. held in the middle of June.
