this is incredible.
i was looking up koi, and i found this really pretty plain koi cake and i showed my friend sitting next to me and she was like, yea its cool, but it should be SHAPED like a koi

Interesting.
I like the way it's formed as though a real koi were to be put on a platter, and it's surprising on how the colors didn't bleed.
