I've gotten back on track about getting my artwork done ahead of time. This took forever to finish, less for the shading and more thanks to the lines. But I'm pleased with how it came out, so I guess I can't complain.Left to right, we have Lynn (bay), Sassy (pinto), Cavallina (bright chestnut), Oddie (buckskin), and Penny (red chestnut).
As you can see, Penny's gotten taller than her mother, even if only by a little, but she's still stretching up, with that leggy, almost gangly build. But she's starting to fill out.
I have a number of show entries lined up for the weeks following this image, with more than two of them Halloween costumes for the horses. And let's just say one of the male equines is incredibly patient.
