Well for starters, I'm going to say that I did this on photohsop. I took a screenshot (of my own computer) of a word document with the lines. Then on photohsop, I did the lines again on a separate layer. Then I took some images, set them on black & white, lowered the opacity and just dragged the layer with the images below the layer with the lines.
Then I just printed it at my house.
Is that the answer you're looking for??
