I kinda like the purple one the best, because it gives it more of an organic feel--which I feel really works for the piece, a hybrid mechanical and organic sense. Or maybe even insect like. Interesting concept and nice render.

But in this particular case, it's a client product that all ready is sold to him by the agency. I just have to adjust the meka design to their wish...
With more time and less constrains, I'd certainly work on an even more designed pattern amor.... blah....
