Description This was taken moments before the sun cast its first warm rays against the mountains. Watching a sunrise in the Sierra Nevada mountains is hard to beat. It isn't called the Range of Light for nothing. The quiet peacefulness before dawn slowly escalates as it gets lighter and the animals come alive.
