Since Im Giving up on Tari I decided to make a new OCher name is Shelby
she loves rainbows, tanookis and flowers~!

I got the inspriration for the hair while playing a game by ~PrincessPeachie
and I thought, "man not enough dark skinned OCs Ima make one~!".. its hard to see but her skin is a lighter shade of her hair~!

I think that this is a very cute oc!
The line of the bottom of the skirt is nicely shaped and gives the illusion of folds. You have lovely detail as well!! i particularly like your tanookis and i can tell that its a rainbow clip so dont worry!!
I think this is a nice well rounded drawing, i can see your work getting better and better keep at it!
