yes, the creator of rave master is the same person who made fairy tail so i guess Hiro Mashima(the creator) decided to use plue again in fairy tail.seems kind of lazy, but im not complaining i think it's awesome that plue is back

yeah i know about the creator but there is a small manga just about plue and that was was in between rave and fairy tale so that could explane it an plue was in every manga that hiro mashima has done he did one caled magician that is not vary well known and plue was in that so maybe he is trying to keep the little guy going
