*squeeeee* It's gorgeous! I love the bright atmosphere of this picture. It's like Azumarill has just burst out of the water after having searched for you for hours: "There you are! I finally found you!" It has that wonderful happy ending sense to it.
The background is beautiful and makes me want to visit the beach. Also, the lighting and shading is really superb. It adds a lot to the elated feeling of the picture.
