the only thing thats bothering me is that the eye is a little blurry

Whoa. I had to to look twice, and then read your description to be sure, to notice that was Cortney. Mostly because I only get to see her face, and most of that is covered by a fan.
I'm a big fan--er . . . no pun intended--of these types of photos where it's a shot of the face, but the person is only half in the frame. They look pretty cool even if they are all-too-common.
It feels very . . . sepia, eh? The colours are a bit washed out.
The one thing I don't like about the photo: the earring. It hangs down so straight that it breaks the harmony created by the curves in the rest of the picture. And the way it's above every other layer it really stands out too much dimensionally, as if there's a great distance between the earring and her body.

and yea for some reason on the Da the colours look washed out - where off the DA they are much more vibrant :S

Very classic, you really know how to make a portrait so dramatic. "Courtisane" is a french word that comes to my mind. Courisane, is a lady of the royal court.
