again from 1984. When Winston gets the note from Julia, it's a sign of hope.the soft focus was on purpose to show a soft part in such a hard world.

Hello Meghan. It's Jays poet friend Rob. I bumped into him yesterday, and he saw I was reading 1984. I just got into the part where they are in the outside of town, him and Julia, in the countryside, and jay told me about the pics, gave me the links. Nice work and nice concept.

Certainly an interesting novel, 1984. This is beautifully done, and it conveys the emotion of the moment powerfully even beyond a viewer's knowledge or lack of knowledge of the novel. Such an image can be both applied to the life of Winston and/or the life of the viewer.
