Oh my... ohhhhh my... what a Discord episode for the return of season 8. I for one didn't enjoy the way his character was written. The Discord we know and love is way better than this one. I for one could only help but only enjoy Spike and Starlight.
Discord had some funny moments, but yet they were all much too chaotic.

Starlight: *gapes in disgust* Wow. Seriously? You're one of THOSE ponies?
Spoiled Rich: Silence, whelp. You've no right to tell ME how to live my life! At least I'd be teaching Diamond a fact about life, unlike yours, who saw fit to abandon you! And don't even get me started on that father of yours!
Starlight: (She shuts her eyes, a tear rolling down her face. Then, as Spoiled starts insulting her friends' families...) QUIET!!!!
(Starlight fires a large energy blast from her horn. Spoiled Rich is hit and falls over, sliding across the ground for 3 feet.)
Starlight: SHUT UP!!! JUST SHUT YOUR BUCKING MOUTH, YOU HEARTLESS HARPY!!!
Spoiled Rich: *looks at a scab on her shoulder* How... How DARE you?! I knew you were a savage brute! I have a mind to have you arrested!!!
Starlight: Why, because I stood up for the daughter you don't care about and put you in your place?! In case you haven't noticed, that "socially-inept bookworm who likes to play dress-up" is not just a Princess... SHE'S MY SISTER. And I LOVE her. And before you ask, yeah. She actually went to Ponyville's adoption office and signed a LOT of paperwork. Me, Sunset Shimmer, Trixie Lulamoon, and this new mare named... "Silverlay," I think... We're all her sisters now. She also did that to make Spike and Bugzzy her sons, and Nyx her daughter.
Spoiled Rich: HAH! Because nopony else would, I assume??? I don't remember Celestia or Luna--our REAL rulers--ever doing anything like that. Twilight just LOVES to invite low-life bums into her home, I see.
Starlight: Okay, first of all, shut up. She felt this way about us anyway, so she just wanted to make it official. Second, a low-life's still better than a no-life, Spoiled Rich. Third, she's approachable and gracious. I bet, even though you CLEARLY don't deserve it, I bet she'd let you in, too. But I should warn you; she has a pretty strict zero-tolerance policy against bigotry, hate speech, racism, or--Celestia forbid--thoughts of GENOCIDE. Speaking of, that mean stuff you said about bat ponies puts a pretty big black mark on you...

Yeah, it's a pity. Spoiled was a true bitch in my little story, wasn't she? I know she didn't get any lines here, but I was thinking Diamond Tiara was hiding behind Starlight the whole time she was defending her honor. Additionally, I now picture Silver Spoon stumbling across the little argument shortly after Spoiled leaves, seeing if poor Diamond is okay. "Titi" could certainly use a cuddle right about now...
