Wanted to do something simpler than I normally do, and I actually ended up really liking the finished product. I might do more like this if I can.I'm on the tail end of a funk, and I can feel myself starting to snap out of it...*but* I definitely think this portrait conveys a bit of the feelings..or lack of feelings, rather...that I've been struggling with for the last few weeks. She's a little icy...a little detached. It feels relevant to my overall mood recently.
I'll be glad when that's over. End rant.
