This is a picture I took of my brother Bryce (he was born with downsyndrome) and my dad playing together while we were on a vacation in Zion. I love this picture because I really think it shows my brothers spirit.Related content

Awww, you're right! This is such a sweet, cute picture. Downs kids tend to be so loving and happy. My little brother was born with it too, and he is such a sweetie.
I really love the focus you used and the black-and-white. Both really bring out your brother's childish love and joy.

Wow, I love this. Just by looking at the wonderful expression on his face..it really makes me appreciate being happy, being with the ones I love, and just being alive.
I love the lighting, too--it adds such a sweet, innocent glow. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but this one is worth at least one million.
Congrats on the DD and the beautiful photograph. This is an excellent capture of a moment in time that is indeed irreplaceable. โฅ

mu brother has ADHD, OCD,and tourettes, and somedays I would just like to hit the people who look at him like he's stupid, because they can't see what's on the inside.
