Description
Diana darted back and forth across her humble abode. Trying to make it presentable for her friends arrival later that night for a little get together. If everything went to plan they'd probably end up spending the night. . . And that's where her trouble began.

Diana knew she had to get the house fixed up before the girls arrived, most notably Larisse. She would probably chew her out for not taking better care. Diana started to think about how each of the girls would react as she fixed the living room and pulled out the sofa bed, careful not to set off the springs since they were finicky. Fanny aka Nany, would probably try to comfort her, and talk the others girls into helping get ready so they could all get to enjoying the night sooner rather than later. Majo, would probably scoff at the fact that she hadn't done it sooner, but would understand that Diana probably was doing others things, and follow Nany's lead. Lari, on the other hand, would probably give Diana a mini-lecture before jumping on the couch and waiting for her to finish her chores, setting up the movies to watch in the mean time.

"Crap! I forgot to clean the bed sheets and blankets!" Diana shouted as she quickly turned the corner trying to rush to the laundry. "I have to hurry before they-"

*DING DONG*

Diana's words were cut short, as she heard the door bell go off before it swung open abruptly.

"Jelou!~" Nany cheerfully churned as she entered the room before her eyes went wide at the disarray of the room.

"Really Diana? We even gave you an hour heads up." Lari sighed as she promptly face palmed at the pile of blankets and covers on the floor, before looking at the party's host as she stood in the hallway.

"S-sorry I kind of forgot~" Diana muttered embarrassingly, "Mind helping me finish?" She stuttered sheepishly, before smiling shyly at her friends.

Nany instantly chimed in, reaching down into the pile of linens. "Of course! The quicker we work the faster we get to enjoy the movies you picked!"

"Wait, I was supposed to pick the movies?" Diana quickly asked as her eyes went wide.

"Yes. . .This time was suppose to be your turn." Lari chimed in as she walked up to the DVD player. "Lucky for you, I had a feeling you'd forget something. So I brought some. So while you three finish up the laundry I'll set up the movies okay?"

"Why are you volunteering me? *sigh* whatever let's get this done" Majo sighed, as a compassionate and subtle smile creeper across her face, before she bent down and grabbed the last of the linens"

"Thanks guys~ I really owe you one." Diana chuckled awkwardly as she began leading Majo and Nany to the laundry room.

As the girls sat chatting, wondering what movie Lari could have chosen, Majo couldn't help but to feel something was off. After a little perusing of the room she finally realized why.

"Uuummmm Diana. . . Why don't you have a dryer?" Majo asked quizzically as she leaned on the wall adjacent the inward swinging door into the room. Her arms crossed in front of her slightly.

"Oh! I'm glad you asked! It's because~. . ." Diana gleefully began as she reached out to an object in the middle of the room, a few feet from Nany and the door. "Of this!"

Without any further hesitation Diana pulled the cover off, revealing a standing wringer. Nany's eyes instantly lit up as she saw the wringer, as she leaned forward to look it over.

"OoOoO~ is this one reason why it was taking you so long to clean up for us to get here?" Nany chimed as she stared at the wringer with curiosity.

"Yup! Though in some ways it helped speed up the process since it instantly flattens and folds whatever goes through it, without so much as a crease! Though you have to be carefu-"

"What is taking you guys so long?" A voice boomed from the hallway, as Lari quickly approached.

Before Diana could even answer her friend, the door swung open with a resounding *THUD!* overshadowing the tiny *squelch* as it hit the wall. The door along its path happened to hit Nany however, sending her face first into the wringer, before being spat out the other Side as a cartoonishly designed rectangular sheet. All this happened at first unbeknownst to Lari though as she had her eyes closed and her gaze fixated on the ground.

As she raised her glare though she couldn't help but have her eyes go wide.

"Crap! Nany! What are you just standing there for, turn it off! Or fix her or something" Lari shouted at Diana as she saw Nany fall into a basket into a meet folded pile.

"I can't, and I don't know how to fix something like this! I didn't think it'd happen so soon, so I haven't looked up what to do if someone got flattened by it." Diana stuttered as she looked around.

"Well where's Majo she's a nurse maybe she can restore her?"

"Uuummmm. . ." Diana awkwardly sighed as she raised her finger up and pointed to the door against the wall beside Lari.

Lari instantly turned to see the door against the wall, a slight gap still visible. "You have got to be kidding me." She hummed as she closed the door showing a squashed Majo splayed out across the wall, her mouth a wavy line as rer arms and legs were squished into making her a giant X.

"*sigh* guess we'll have to wait til the morning then, since the help line for that wringer I'd probably off" Lari chimed before reaching up and peeling Majo, off the wall with a loud *SQUELCH*. Her friend flapping in the wind slightly as she held her up. "Silver lining is we don't need to wait for the linens anymore! We've got some nice blankets right here to use! On for each of us"

Without any further ceremony, Lari rolled Majo and tossed her at Diana, the latter whom was picking up the folded up pile that was Nany.

"Hurry up the movie is already playing!" Lari shouted as she began down the hall.

The girls arrive just in time to see the previews ending on the movie, much to Lari's sarisfaction.

"Perfect now to dive in and get comfortable!" Lari happily yipped as she prepared to jump onto the extended sofa bed.

"Wait! We don't have a bed sheet on!" Diana chimed as she put down their flattened friends, an indistinguishable worry in the back of her mind that she couldn't quite pin.

"We'll be fine~ it's just a foldable sofa afterall" the other girl said as she jumped up into the air. A loud creak echoing from the sofa.

"Wait! Lari don't jump!" Diana quickly shouted realizing her worry.

Before Lari could even ask why she landed on the sofa, before it snapped shut with a loud *THWAP!* Squishing her instantly. Diana wincing as she heard her friends muffled yip of surprise.

Diana then proceeded to undue the sofa yet again, making sure to be careful not to get caught in it, revealing Lari flattened over the entire length of the sofa bed.

"I forgot to warn you the springs were bad." Diana stuttered embarrassingly as she looked over at the movie beginning.

"Well silver lining, I guess we got confirmation that you three will be spending the night, and the bed has a sheet." Diana giggled, before settling in on her covered sofa with her lovely new blankets.
