I always figured Eric must have been pretty relieved that this particular birthday present sunk, and probably would have been mortified to know that it sank for the viewing pleasure of the mermaid world.
I know the statue doesn't really look like Eric, but it didn't really in the movie either- so that's my excuse.

I love yourΒ skills, and I wondered if you could possibly draw a genderbend end scene to the little mermaid?
Where the queen Triton = beautiful white-haired queen Triton -
turns the female vertion of Eric into a mermaid so that she can live as her own adopted daughter and wife of her son, (genderbend Ariel)
