Yep, I agree with the comments above. The photo and the pose are great. But i feel like it has to have a bit more balance. The blur on top distracts from the photo, I think you should add more blur or crop it more!

Jade is beautiful and nice portrait too. The white area in top right also goes on to her head and is a bit distracting. I would like to see this cropped off to just below or right at her hair line on her forehead. Would be less distracting and make those beautiful eyes stand out nice. Beautiful portrait and I love the b/w

Your photography skills are great! This is a beautiful portrait! You captured her eyes wonderfully. You have a great camera too! I just bought myself my early Hanukkah gift and got the Canon T2i and love it already!
