It could use a little more depth shading on her wings, plus wind action on her wings and mane and tail.
No offense, but to me she looks like lying on her back. What I like is the choice color tint for the background and foreground. Much like sunset. What I would suggest last is you could add flying feathers on the foreground to highly emphasize wind.

I tried using more shading depths on her wings, and it did not turn out right, no matter how many times I tried it just did not come out right, at the end I gave up on it. I tend to lose a lot motivation when it comes to pegasi and Alicorns... I just hate coloring Β in their wings, it's the way I draw their wings though. I agree with the hair, in fact when I look back at it... It looks terrible, there is no grace or wind action on it, I have trouble with hairstyles, but I am gradually working on it.
I am not offended on the lying on her back part. That is how I want her pose to look like from the start, there was a different background for this one had came into mind. To be truthful there were feathers in this drawing... for some reason I had forgotten to color them in. I do not think I will be re-editing this picture since I threw away the file, but I will keep these tips in mind so when the next time I do a wind action hair I will make sure to make the mane more vibrant with the hair, or if I decide to actually redraw this when I improve. I'll be hones it's a "so-so" some of your drawings you do look to be improving and they are adorable.., but I don't know xD but I'll give you a deal since I'm not that type of person. I was not too sure with the lightening either keep it original or make it fade in to look like an actual sunset picture xD, I'm not really good at coloring rainbow's hair... it's hard and very annoying... xD! I am glad you like the background though, trying to work on my backgrounds xD!
