no, because you get:
1. A gift of 200 Adam for every 3 little sisters you save.
2. Also the gifts include such goodies as Hypnotise Big Daddy 1&2, Armored Shell 2, and some other usefull tonics.

Ok so I just waltzed all the frick over this game on medium (always play new games on the middle difficulty)... gonna play it again... i'm totaly confused about the ending... i realize that I took over Rapture and it appears as if I took neuclear technology and am planning on taking over the world (I like me btw). But is there an ending that does a better job of explaining besides a spider splicer popping out of a pod and killing the crew of a neuclear sub? and if so how do i get it.
