Ha, yeah I see what you mean. The most recent illustrations I have been putting up here have been designed to work (hopefully) well as prints. I needed some new ones for my page on Click for art and also I was designing some artwork to go on my new website which is being designed so needed work that wasn't as dark. I didn't really set out to create happy illustrations, I guess it just happened that way. I work as a children's book illustrator so maybe that's having an influence as I am actually in a pretty dark place at the moment mood-wise.
