Every element is hand made. The tree is hand drawn, most of the texture is made out of pencil smudges and there's a bit of hand made paper added too.

wait do you use pencil on this paper and then make the black smuggies or white pencil?

I use a stanley knife on a soft pencil and then smudge the pile of graphite around with my fingers. This is then scanned in edited on the computer.
