Hello there!
I couldn't not notice that many of your photos, as is this one, are good quality, with a high resolution. This in one of the elements that make a good photograph stand out from the more regular ones.
A second element would be the vision. For this piece, you've chosen an interesting subject: a dilapidated building, with a design that speaks loud and clear of days and ages past.
What I love the most about this, though, is the angle and framing. It's advantageous and harmonious, focuses attention exactly where it needs to, and to me that's the trait that any good shot must have.
However, there is an element that I don't exactly favor: the fact that (either by artificial effects or because of the weather) the shot seems a bit too dark. It feels a bit overwhelming. The fact that the building is in a more-than-rough state I think would be enough to sober up this photograph, without further need of adding filters or effects e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/sā¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>. Also, it would have been really epic to put a bit of a description, for a complete effect, if nothing else.
There are many things that I like about this piece, but I've chosen only some of the most striking ones to state in a critique e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/sā¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> Overall, as I've said, this is a lovely shot and I'm looking forward to more of your works!

There's a hand grenade drawn on another side of the house. Furthermore, all the windows are bursted out by some kind of blast, which makes me think that the guys who squatted this building didn't use forks and knives and spoons when it was supper time, but explosives instead ...
