Is she an equestria girl type of character ?
Her outfits remind me of different equestria girls, so I can't help but imagining their colors on her xD
The top outfit middle and left outfit makes me think Wallflower, so I'd see your girl green. But the top right makes me think of one of the fancy girls, so I'd say yellow skin and purple hair. But the bottom left outfit reminds me of Pinkie pie, so all pink maybe ?? Of course the middle bottom has a fluttershy vibe, so I'd say yellow skin again, and if her hair isn't pink, at least I picture it with a soft color.
