I met my fiancee by impersonating Dr.Girlfriend to her. She replied with a DEAD ON Monarch. It's true love. Beautiful work, I'm not surprised, I'm just thoroughly impressed as per usual.

Personally, I think that she told him that she's the leader of that secret organization, the name of which I can't remember. Something happened in that episode that made me come to that conclusion, but I don't remember what.
