one of the doubts that my brother and I had when playing MarioKart on GBA was the fact that Lakitu and his cloud always keeps his mouth openes: so, does all the smokes of the karts enter in his mouth and risk to poison him?? a mistery!
Anyway, it's very nicely done!

Not actually played Mario Kart just yet, but I do remember seeing this guy from the Olympics Games. Very cuddly take on him - works great with the rest of the vast line up there
