The scanner didn't scan all the finer tones (and some tones less finer), but I edited them as much I could. Still, there are some blue and lighter yellows missing.Anyway these two are characters of *Comickpro , Fibble and Sin, and they feature in one of the more interesting comics I have read here on DA: [link]

I enjoyed drawing and painting this. It was the first time (in 7 years) I tried black watercolor on something and I was really surprised how good quality it was. I was originally going to add ink, but then didn't need to. The black watercolor felt easier to add than the ink would have and it has prettier shades. This was also the first time ever I tried masking fluid. It was neat.
I did some mistakes. But even so I hope you like it, Comickpro!

you should be totally drawing colorful comics <3 Stuff you draw is funny in a cartoony way, very well composed and just the right mixture of colors that attract attention and make people (or me if I'm unique XDD) smile and pay attention. Love it XD Fibble looks so poor aww

Aww, hearing those words makes me want to take out my watercolors and inks and start drawing comics. Just need a good script though. X)

Oh, I do believe you're very capable of coming up with a good script in a matter of few weeks tops ;D You very clearly don't lack imagination <3 And you should get the watercolors back to work

Hahhaah I love Fibble's expression, and the pose, how it's kinda 'unsure' and matches the expression of looking around, and Sin looks pretty wicked there

Thanks! I thought the black watercolor would have sucked (traumas from art classes in high school) but it proved me otherwise.

Thank you, it was my pleasure to draw 'em! I read the first issue of In the Dark in one sitting and I instantly fell in love these two characters. The scanner didn't scan all the colors right, it made the drawing look like a German flag so it took some time photoshopping.
