My roommate says he going to take over the world, and asked for a throne room. The rows of red dots are Laser beam emitters that will cut down anyone not at the dais. The table and chairs can retract into the floor and the hologram projector into the ceiling leaving only the floating throne. the throne itself sits on a magnetic field which can be shut off and drop it down an escape chute.
