yes, but mostly because people do not read nor think about things. some might be accidents as they received a message from what seemed their friend (by friend here i mean person they know well, not someone on your watchlist), but if you look at the number of miscats, oversized and offensive stuff on the site (and not just here), it's not a surprise - see a link, click it
