base power boosted by 50%.
*Witherer : This pokemon's presence makes everything
wither around the bearer, making berries useless and
gradually damaging all Pokémon on the opposing side.
*Venom Surge : It creates a terrain called Radioactive
Wasteland, that damages all Pokémon on the battlefield ,except Poison and Steel types.
