Coming up next in this batch, we have the two surviving members of Project Phoenix, Lieutenant Jenny Carrigan (on the left) and Lieutenant Vanessa Manalis (on the right).They are amputees that got retrofitted with cybernetics and trained to be future soldiers on the battlefield field. Illegally enlisted into active military service and sent abroad to fight in several missions at very young ages.
