Hey there! heres my Raikage oc(Fail coloring i know -.-) as first a young ninja(jounin) and then a high skilled raikage.
Wasnt meant to be colored, but yeah just wanted you to see hes colors. I suck at coloring!! xD

Name: Kumosame Yotsuki
age: 32

apperance: Kumosame is a muscular shinobi from the hidden cloud village, with a wild and aggressive appearance. He has blond spiky hair, with shark teeth.
Personality: Although he's known to be a violent fighter, Kumosames actions tend to be for the best and is usually portrayed comically. He is usually depicted as a person who has a very poor sense of direction. But he is a scruffy exterior hides a brutal, impulsive, excessively-violent, blunt, sarcastic, and quite sadistic, revealing a psychotic grin whenever he becomes excite personality and a lethally-short temper.
Element: Lightning and water
abilty: Kumosames skill with his sword was honed to a master level, He only uses his taijutsu when faced against opponents he feels will beat him otherwise. Only showned to be Tomoyuki, Ruysoji, Choujiro and kisame. But preferring to use his blade in battle, but he has demonstrated several times to be very dangerous barehanded as well. He can easily catch an opponent's attack with a single hand, perform powerful kicks and take-downs, and has demonstrated superb skill with throwing weapons. Even by a kage standards, hischakra flow is absolutely monstrous, even more greater than tomoyuki himself. But he doesnt need to supress his chakra, he has completely controll of it.
